Erectile dysfunction is a really common affliction to have; in fact, over 12 million men are estimated to have it. And the risk factors for the condition increase with age. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with this condition or are just considering the possibility that you have it, I can help you manage it, understand it better, and even learn ways to overcome it. But the most important thing I can tell you before we begin is: there’s no reason to be ashamed of it! There is nothing broken or wrong about your body. Erectile dysfunction is triggered by a handful of causes, and none of them are a reason for embarrassment.
Mind-body disconnects happen to everyone, and they don’t discriminate based on gender or age. Sometimes women feel mentally turned on, but for one reason or another, do not become wet. This is called arousal non-concordance. The language we use reinforces that a physical sign of arousal is the same thing as being turned on. For example, “I’m so hard,” or “I’m so wet.” But you can definitely be turned on without the accompanying physical signs, and likewise you can have the physical signs but not actually feel turned on. Both of these situations are totally normal and totally manageable.
Let’s Find Some Solutions!
When the first diagnosis or sign of ED appears, both the person who was diagnosed and their partner(s) can be flummoxed or frustrated when the sexual activity they are used to now seems out of reach. But, as a legal sex worker, I have many techniques in my toolkit to help find you some solutions. Different pressures, tempos, positions, or even fantasies can help get the juices flowing. By focusing on your arousal and ramping up the foreplay, we can add a fun, new dimension to your sexual encounters, and give you some methods for dealing with your ED in the future.
If your ED seems to be anxiety-related, I can help with both issues! Performance anxiety can really ruin the mood, and my background in sex education can equip you with cutting-edge sexual techniques as well as sexual confidence that can lead to better management of your ED. Let’s find sexy ways to take the pressure off of your erection, and have some fun experimenting while we do!
ED Can Lead to Better Sex
It may seem counterintuitive, but it’s true: when the focus of your sex life shifts away from erection, creativity takes center stage. Oftentimes, this means a much more exciting experience for both you and your partner! The old routine of in-out, in-out is no longer on the table, but that’s not bad news, really. What’s now on the table is exploration. Explore yourself and your partner with other parts of your body—fingers, tongues, the sky is the limit. Why not try some sex toys that have long piqued your interest? And don’t forget to check out my YouTube channel to find out some of my favorites—reviewing sex toys is one of my favorite parts of my job.
When looking for new sexual paths to explore, there’s no better place to start than with an expert. That’s me! I can help come up with all sorts of ideas for you to try alone or partnered that can fight the symptoms of ED. When you book an erectile dysfunction session with me, I come armed with every trick I’ve learned along my journey to becoming an expert on all things sex-related. And, we can try out some of your fantasies during your session to see what works, and what doesn’t, in real time.
Do You Have a Death Grip?
Another cause of specific types of ED is death grip syndrome, something I’ve written articles about and can definitely help with. The short story on death grip syndrome is that it is caused by masturbation practices that reduce sensitivity. You’re essentially gripping your penis so tightly during masturbation that other forms of sex, whether vaginal, anal, or oral, can no longer provide the stimulation you need to reach orgasm. In this situation, taking a break from masturbation can really help break up the routine and, slowly but surely, your penis will be sensitive once again.
Don’t Forget the Pills
Pills work, too. So many medications are available today that are effective and low in side effects, that I would be remiss to not mention them. But beyond the pharmaceutical scope, it can be helpful for those suffering from ED to have a cache of ideas to try in case one or more of the options fail.
